Lists, notes, and to-dos

Planet4.Me

Planet4.Me is for people who have a lot going on and keep losing track of it. Put what you need to remember in one place, share the parts other people need to see, and let the app keep hold of the details.

A Planet4.Me grocery list where coffee, milk, and eggs were added back automatically, marked “auto”.

What it does

  • A shopping list that learns

Check things off as you shop and Planet4.Me learns how often you buy them. Regulars go back on the list when they’re due. When it isn’t sure, they wait on a “might be running low” shelf instead.

  • One household, every phone

Start a shared workspace and send one invite link. Everyone in it sees the same lists, to-dos, and notes, and your own workspace stays private.

  • Notes you write together

Edit a note at the same time as someone else and see who else is in it. Attach photos with captions and PDFs. Location data is removed from photos before they upload.

  • To-dos without the guilt

One-off and repeating to-dos, filed where they belong. Nothing is ever marked late: no red, no badges, no overdue pile.

  • A calendar with nothing to fill in

Put a date in a to-do and it shows up on the calendar. Mention a date in a note and Planet4.Me offers to add it with one tap.

  • Works without signal

Everything saves on your phone first and syncs when you’re back online, so the list still works in the shop, the basement, or on the train.

Screens

The Regulars screen showing how often each item is bought, such as milk about every 7 days.
The Planet4.Me home screen with to-dos, an open question, and recent notes.
The calendar for October, with dots on the days that have something on them.
A note about a vet visit with a dated line and a to-do pulled out of it.
